How it works

A short conversation, a plan to approve, and showing up.

That is your whole to-do list. Here is the run of show for everything else, from the first call to the note that lands in your inbox afterwards.

The run of show

What happens when, and who does it

Event planners live by a run of show. This is ours, for the whole engagement rather than the day.

Common questions

Things people ask before the first call

How far ahead should we reach out?

As early as you can. Venues and vendors fill up around the holidays and at the end of each quarter. That said, a short timeline is a planning constraint, not a dealbreaker, so reach out and you will get an honest answer about what is possible.

Do we need a budget figured out first?

No. Share a range if you have one. If you do not, the plan is built around the outcome you want, with options at more than one level so you can choose.

Can you work with a remote or multi-office team?

Yes. Hybrid and virtual events are one of the seven event types, and any of the other six can be delivered that way. The remote audience is treated as a first-class audience, not an afterthought.

Where is Anchorwell Partner based?

Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Hybrid and virtual events can reach a team anywhere. Ask about in-person events beyond the county.

What does "without adding to the workload" actually mean?

Your involvement is a short conversation, a plan to approve, and showing up. The venue calls, the vendor coordination, the timeline, the day-of problems and the follow-up are ours.

Will Kassie be there in person on event day?

Not by default. Everything is planned and coordinated in advance, so your event runs smoothly whether or not Kassie is in the room. If you would like her there in person, that can be arranged for an additional fee.

What if we already have a venue or a date?

That is a head start. The plan is built around whatever is already decided.
